The Infrastructure Team builds, maintains and supports all the elements required to provide a company network: whether that be virtual desktops, email servers, internet connections or cloud services. The Service Delivery Team provides the customer-facing element of IT, providing our Service Desk and application support services, as well as specialists to support more than 170 applications across three different sites and various different IT vendors.
